The line consists of the following main elements:
Loading hopper — produced in two versions: for loading coal from various containers of retort furnaces and big-bags, or a reduced version for loading coal from polypropylene bags.

Belt inspection conveyor — designed for visual control of charcoal quality, manual selection of unburnt wood and any extraneous objects.

Stationary magnetic plate — before entering the sorting machine, the charcoal passes through a magnetic plate, which is designed to remove random metal impurities and metal slag of the "Barrel" type furnaces from the material.

Weighing dispenser — a two-stream weighing dispenser provides accurate weighing and quick packing of coal of one fraction on two streams, or two different fractions at the same time. The speed of operation of the dispenser depends only on the speed of feeding the bag by the operator, regardless of the size of the bag. For packing light charcoal in liters, it has the function of quick transfer to volume dosing mode by replacing the weighing terminal with a volume meter.

The big-bag loading station is designed for quick and safe loading of charcoal into soft big-bag containers. It consists of a receiving hopper, a feeding belt conveyor, and a wardrobe with vibrating table. The station is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the height of the loading and aspiration units, which allows you to easily work with all popular sizes of big-bags.

Sorting machine — the drum-type sorting machine is manufactured according to a patented technology, thanks to which it has a high productivity with a relatively small size. In the standard version, it separates charcoal into 3 fractions with very high clarity and with a careful attitude to the material, creating practically no dust and additional small fraction.
Small fraction, the size of which is regulated in two versions (0-10 and 0-20) by switching one lever is diverted by means of a closed screw conveyor into big-bags without creating dust in the working area.
Charcoal of the required fraction from the sorting machine, using closed conveyors, is fed to the weighing dispenser or big-bag packing station, while the direction of coal supply is also regulated by pressing one lever.
The best machine synchronizes with two stream dispensers and a big-bag loading station.
Crusher — designed for grinding large pieces of charcoal and adjusting the required fraction. The degree of grinding is easily adjusted according to needs.
