Wisent Professional 3000

Wisent Professional 3000 is designed for simultaneous processing of assortments of different diameters and lengths, while they are fed to the sawing unit in several pieces at once, or in bundles, where they are sawed into short blocks and fed to the conveyor-accumulator, which moves them to the splitting unit.

Thin logs that do not require splitting are immediately moved by the conveyor to the storage container through the chip cleaning device, while larger logs are moved by the operator to the splitting unit.

This unit works independently from the sawing unit, has an automatic system for adjusting the knife grid depending on the diameter of the log and it’s centering, which ensures splitting into optimally sized firewood without spending time on selecting and replacing knives.

In addition to the production of chopped firewood, this equipment is ideal for charcoal producers, who very often, in addition to round profile wood, also use woodworking waste, such as poles and piles from plywood production or slab from sawmill.

The Wisent Professional 3000 will allow you to process each type of raw material separately — sawing poles and piles and slab in bundles, and all at the same time together with round wood of various sizes.
